Unit A: warehouse with a height of approximately 7.5 m1 suitable for storage and transshipment companies, production companies, assembly companies or wholesale companies with counter function. The building comprises a small office unit with sanitary facilities.
Unit B consists of two floors (ground floor and first floor) and because of its limited height of 3.5m1 it is particularly suitable to accommodate a workshop, furniture-making shop, assembly company or wholesale company with counter function. Sanitary facilities are located on the first floor.
Unit C (currently let): Commercial space with a height of approximately 7.5m1 with office space on the first floor. This is also the location of the pantry and sanitary facilities.
UNITS A + C are fitted with a total of 3 insulated automatic sectional doors at ground level. If required, UNIT B can be delivered with an industrial door. All unitshave roof and wall insulation, central heating system and lighting by means of TL – fixtures. The monolithic concrete floor bears a useful load of 2,500kg / m². The storey floors bear a useful load of 400kg/m².
The units can be used flexibly and can be delivered in full accordance with the user’s wishes. Part rental is possible.
